Our platform has 99.99% availability, subject to certain exceptions*. Our aim is that our platform won’t be down for more than 52 minutes a year, or to put it another way, a minute a week, tops. Trust us for a reliable platform that protects your revenue and keeps your customers satisfied.
*We will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that the Transaction Platform is available 99.99% of the time during each calendar month (“Availability”). Availability excludes unavailability due to:
a) the Client’s breach of the Terms,
b) scheduled maintenance,
c) service interruptions caused by any third-party service provider,
d) the Client’s failure to pay any fee as required under the Commercial Agreement, or
e) a Beyond Reasonable Control Event (described in our Terms of Use).
